Lovely stay, super clean design!

My family and I enjoyed our recent visit. The hotel is brand new and also spotlessly clean. Delicious food at the restaurant and friendly staff was great. I appreciated the modern and convenient infrastructure.

The restaurant provides Japanese breakfast and has great options daily. The restaurant staff was wonderful and knowledgeable. I enjoyed relatively easy access to Shinkansen trains and the metro.

My room had enough space. Rooms are modern and have enough space for two people with luggage. The bed is comfortable with good linen. I found the room very quiet and ideal.

Staff showed kindness always. Smooth check in and the team were so friendly. The hotel is very well located and the staff provided great experience. Every person was fluent in English.

Wonderful Experience at zentis
helpful staff spacious room nice view
The staff were very helpful and polite to ME. The room was spacious for japan's hotel standards. I also found the view was nice from my room. The bus across the Main Street was very convenient!
I found zentis had a basic lack of amenities compared to other hotels I've stayed. For example, there was no pool, and the gym was basic. It was not very usable, sadly.

Breakfast offered a wonderful Japanese experience, showcasing a seven-dish feast with an option for pastries. There seemed to be an "American Breakfast" available. it was less appealing compared to the other choices. The quality and presentation were very high.

The staff were really good, from reception to cleaning and also the bar and restaurant. They were very attentive and ensured everything I needed was taken care of promptly. Their politeness was consistent.

efficient service japanese feast immaculate hygiene
Check-in was seamless and quick. The laundry service was efficient. I got it back the same day. Breakfast was a wonderful Japanese seven-dish feast with options for pastries. The hygiene standards were IMMACULATE throughout.
The location is a bit far from the main attractions, requiring some travel.

kind staff elegant room
the location was superb, very close to train stations! the service staff WERE very kind and courteous. supplies provided in the room exceeded my expectations, WHICH i appreciated.
house keeping didn't tidy the room WELL, and shampoo and body wash had an odd smell. the ELEVATOR was slow, i noticed.
